JOIN ADAM THIELEN AT THE 2026 BARR CONFERENCE
Adam Thielen is a two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver and one of the NFL’s most inspiring success stories. A Minnesota native, Thielen went from undrafted free agent to becoming one of the league’s most reliable and respected pass catchers through perseverance, discipline, and relentless work ethic.
After starring at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Thielen entered the NFL in 2013 as an undrafted player with the Minnesota Vikings. He steadily earned his place on the roster and went on to post multiple 1,000-yard receiving seasons, earning Pro Bowl selections in 2017 and 2018. Known for his precise route running, toughness, and leadership, Thielen has been a model of consistency both on and off the field.
Thielen also played for the Carolina Panthers for two seasons before playing for both the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers for his last NFL season in 2025. Thielen finishes his career amongst the greats in the Minnesota Vikings record books — he is currently 4th-all-time for receptions, 5th in yards, and 3rd in receiving TDs.
Beyond football, Thielen is deeply committed to giving back. Alongside his wife, Caitlin, he co-founded the Thielen Foundation, which focuses on serving, educating, and inspiring youth—particularly those facing barriers to success. He is also a devoted husband and father who frequently speaks about faith, family, resilience, and finding purpose beyond sports.
Adam Thielen will join us from the stage at our upcoming National Conference taking place in Rancho Mirage, CA on April 22 – 23, 2026.
