Brittany Giles joined BARR with 15 years of experience in education, serving as both a secondary teacher and a leader in the role of Academic Facilitator. Throughout her career, she has worked within the BARR model as a Teacher, Coordinator, and Administrator, giving her a deep, practical understanding of implementation at multiple levels. As a coach and trainer, Brittany supports schools in the implementation of the model through professional development, unlimited virtual coaching, and frequent onsite visits.
