As a community volunteer and retired educator, Gail Toatley has more than 40 years of experience in education. She has served in numerous positions in South Carolina, Texas, Georgia and Minnesota on both the secondary and elementary levels. Gail appreciates the effectiveness of the BARR model and its ability to tap into the strengths of each and every student.
