Hallela Hinton-Williams joins BARR with experience in educational improvement, policy and program evaluation, and nonprofit management. Prior to BARR, Hallela developed her knowledge in nonprofit operations through her work with leading education and social impact nonprofits. As the previous BARR Admin Intern and Graduate Research Intern, Hallela has a passion for the BARR model and its transformative impact on schools.
