Mark Sheets is a retired community leader with more than 37 years of service at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where he held a wide range of roles across residential and outpatient treatment, publishing, and recovery management services. Over the course of his career, he served in executive leadership positions overseeing operations in Center City as well as regional centers in St. Paul, New York, Chicago, and Naples, in addition to youth services in Plymouth, the Renewal Center, and the MORE program. He also served as interim leader of Hazelden Publishing during the period when the BARR model was being developed and implemented. Since retiring in October 2020, he has remained active in the recovery community.
