Over the past decade, Dr. Rachel Olinger Steeves has worked in a variety of settings as a school psychologist, serving youth, families, and educators, and seeking balance between research and practice in education. She currently supports schools in the implementation of the BARR model through professional development, unlimited virtual coaching, and frequent onsite visits.
