With more than 35 years of experience in public education—and most recently serving as a high school principal at a BARR school—Dick Ungar is deeply committed to helping students and staff reach their fullest potential through the intentional development of meaningful relationships and the use of real-time data. In his role as Director of Engagement, Dick partners with schools and educators to strengthen implementation of the BARR model by building meaningful staff-student relationships and supporting student success.
