Sarah Thoreson joined BARR with 11 years of teaching instruction and leadership experience in an urban school. She has experience with instructional design, student leadership development, and student strengths exploration schoolwide. Sarah supports schools in the implementation of the model through professional development, unlimited virtual coaching, and frequent onsite visits.
